Dr. Joarder is a fully certified management consultant of Institute of Management Consultants, USA (IMC) and a Certified Project Management Consultant of PMI, USA.He began providing consulting service from 1984 and established Joarder Partners Inc. in USA. Dr. Joarder pioneered the formation of “International Consultant & IT Consortium” (ICIC) in Bangladesh with the following companies to provide comprehensive consulting services : Joarder Partners Inc., USA / Joarder Partners, Bangladesh IBCS Primax Software Bangladesh Ltd., (Oldest Software company in Bangladesh) AVIS Technologies Ltd. Masum M Mohsin
A freedom fighter of Bangladesh, Mr. M.M. Mohsin holds BSS(H) and MSS from University of Dhaka and currently undertakes the role as Executive Director of IBCS-PRIMAX Software (Bangladesh) Ltd. He has more than 35 years of strong Business experiences in various industry. He also undertakes the role as President of Telelink NY INC (USA), PKB Telecom (USA), MNT Telecom (USA), IBCS-PRIMAX (USA), Director of Bantel (ICX) Telecom (Bangladesh) Ltd., and M&H Telecom (ICX) (Bangladesh) Ltd. He also played role as Director of ATN Bangla (USA) from 2005-2013. M.M. Mohsin was former General Secretary of Islamic Council of America (1989-1991), President of University of Dhaka alumni association in USA (2008-2012), General Secretary of student union SM Hall (1978-1979) and Vice President of student unionSM Hall, University of Dhaka (1979-1980).
